We offer a 7-day exchange policy, allowing you to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges for sale items or gift cards.

For a quick exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.
